CONFIGURATOR INSTRUCTIONS

The configurator is a powerful instrument to configurate the products that you have selected.

In order to have access and avail yourself of the service you have first to register : click here.
Once you've logged in the configurator will be at your disposal from both the CONFIGURATOR  menu and the product catalogue, when the possibility to configurator them is there. 
When selecting from the catalogue, the configurator will already be set for the selected product, otherwise just select it from the menu, where the products are listed according to the category.

For this example we will use the product G5Q A-B.

A quick summary of the product is then displayed (picture 1).

Aside the description you will also see a set of menus (picture 2) differing based on the product. This window , that you can easily move inside the page, enables to select the first characteristics among the various options.
By clicking on X , the window will get smaller : click on _ to make it appear again.
Some choices make other unavailable. A notice under the menu will tell you that some items are no longer available   (picture 3).

Once you have completed the selection of the main features of the product, the configuration code of the product itself is given, with the additional options (picture 4). Actually , according to the type of product, it is possible to add cams or accessories or both, depending on your requirements.

By clicking YES  for the cam , the system asks for the X dimensions. This  dimension  is your request, in the basis of which the system shows  the various cams that  can match with it. Your X  dimensions is substracted from the length of the cylinder (often one of the options  among the product properties, see picture 2),  thus showing the cams which  are closer to your request as to the FOLD DEPTH .  
Still using  the example of  the item G5Q A-B , by choosing among the PRODUCT PROPERTIES  the "cylinder length" =13mm and introducing the X dimensions = 8 mm, the cams will be selected as in picture 5. Actually , 13 (cylinder length) minus 8  (X dimension ) gives a cam fold of 5 mm, as shown in the table. The system displays cams having a fold bigger, smaller or equal, colored of a red shade which is stronger where depth or length increase. Self-explanatory is the image that confirms that, in this case, the cam is bent inside. 
Another window , similar to the one of the PRODUCT PROPERTIES and movable too, appears aside the table. Here the image of the cam and of all its characteristics is shown when a choice is made.

Once you've chosen the cam you can decide whether it should be assembled or not and, in the affirmative case, which should be its position when the lock is closed (picture 6).

After completing the choice of the cam you have the possibility to add eventual accessories.By clicking YES the accessories are shown. Also in this case, another window similar to the one of the PRODUCT PROPERTIES and movable too, appears aside the table , showing the image of the accessories and of all its characteristics. This happens when the mouse passes over the component in the table.

When the configuration of the product , with the required quantity , is completed, by clicking on CONFIRM you go to the product trolley (picture 8). This is just a summary of the selected configurations, which can be checked by clicking on _  to expand the menu and on X to close it, but still with various options.

• To eliminate the selected configuration
• To configurate it again 
• In case of configurations which have just been selected, to save them in order to have them always available. Each saved configuration can be eliminated or configurated again.

It's now possible to send to GIUSSANILOCKS an enquiry for the configurations. Once the requested has been sent, the NON saved configurations will be erased.
