 the Origins
GIUSSANI was founded in 1956 in Muggiò, near Milan which is the industrial and economic capital of Northern Italy.
The object of the company was to specialise in the production of locks for industrial products and metal furniture.
In a short time GIUSSANI consolidated its position on the italian market due to the quality of the product, the efficiency of the service and the search for new technical solutions to answer the growing requirements of a rapidly developing market.
1998 was a turning point in the history of GIUSSANI when it was acquired by a group of companies headed by ZADI spa, the largest European manufacturer of locks and security systems fitted as original equipment by motor cycle manufacturers world wide.

The entry into the ZADI group conferred upon GIUSSANI a new vitality and conception of the methods of lock production and company management.
The range of products is now constantly increasing and diversifying in order to achieve increased penetration into new market sectors. The high quality level, constant during the years of consistent growth is now reinforced by the ISO 9001 certification.
GIUSSANI is now moving into major European markets with competitively priced products with a superior quality and technological basis.
The synergies and the exchange of knowledge and experience with the other companies in the group combine with the introduction of new and highly qualified personnel to produce a rapid growth of the company, the customer base and consequently, the turnover.
